These SMS Terms describe the messaging program operated by Sturdion LLC. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages on the terms described below.

Sturdion Dispatch Alerts.

3. Description
Transactional dispatch + customer-service SMS. Messages may include technician ETA, job status updates, appointment confirmations, dispatch notifications, and replies from our customer-service team.
4. How to opt in
You can opt in to Sturdion Dispatch Alerts in either of the following ways:
- Web form at /contact — check the consent box and submit the form.
- Recorded verbal consent on an AI-handled intake call placed to or from a Sturdion-operated number.
5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies; typically 1–10 messages per service event.
6. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Sturdion does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may.
7. Opt-out
Reply STOP to any Sturdion Dispatch Alerts message to cancel. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP to any Sturdion Dispatch Alerts message for assistance, or email hello@sturdion.com.
9. Supported carriers
Carriers including T-Mobile are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy
