SMS Consent & Opt-In Flow
Evidence package for Sturdion Dispatch Alerts (10DLC A2P).
This page documents how Sturdion captures express written consent before sending SMS to any end user. The opt-in flow lives at /contact and is publicly accessible.
1. Consent checkbox copy (verbatim)
The following text appears next to an unchecked checkbox on the contact form. The checkbox is required for SMS opt-in but optional for the form itself, so message delivery is gated on affirmative consent.
I agree to receive text messages from Sturdion LLC (Sturdion Dispatch Alerts) at the mobile number provided, including transactional dispatch notifications, service updates, and customer-service replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
2. Opt-in flow screenshots
The following screenshots show the opt-in flow as presented to end users. Replace with current captures when re-running the evidence build.
3. Sample messages
Below are representative messages sent under the Sturdion Dispatch Alerts program. Every message is transactional, identifies the sender, and contains an opt-out instruction.
Sturdion: Tech en route, ETA 15 min. Reply STOP to opt out.
Sturdion: Job #1234 complete. Reply STOP to opt out.
Sturdion: Reply YES to confirm your 2pm appointment tomorrow. Reply STOP to opt out.
4. Where to opt in
The web opt-in form is available at /contact. End users may also opt in via recorded verbal consent during an AI-handled intake call; that recording is retained and made available on request.
